I will help you to do and manage all tasks properly such as: 1. Collecting, reviewing, processing, shipping, and monitoring the orders 2. Monitoring the PO balance 3. Answering customer queries via email or chat 4. Disseminating information from customers to the concerned team 5. Providing and checking shipping docs ( invoice and packing list) 6. Making sales reconciliation to customers. 7. Data entry 8. Preparing daily and monthly sales reports 9. Preparing inventory data and report analysis through excel 10. Reconciliation of stock 11. Inputting data, checking and monitoring of incoming and outgoing materials daily through excel and system software 12. Ensuring correctness of documents (SOA, delivery receipt, and invoice) 13. Conducting a physical inventory Can use: Microsoft office tool, google suite, and UniERP system software
